This website presents our container transport and logistics services, including sea transport, road and rail connections, and waste transport. These terms concern use of the website and the submission of enquiries. They do not replace the terms of an individual transport or forwarding agreement.

3. Enquiries, quotations and bookings

Sending a contact form or email is a request for information or a quotation. It does not, by itself, create a transport booking or a contract. The scope of services, route, availability, price, payment terms, documentation, insurance and responsibilities must be confirmed in the applicable quotation and agreement.

Transport services remain subject to the agreed contractual terms and any mandatory national or international rules applicable to the particular shipment and mode of transport. Waste shipments may require specific authorisations, classifications and documentation. The requirements for each shipment must be assessed before acceptance.

4. Information you provide

Please provide accurate contact and shipment information and only information you are entitled to share. Avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential shipment documents through the general contact form. If detailed documents are needed, our team will discuss an appropriate way to provide them.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful information and business enquiries. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use the contact form for spam. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users.
