5. Who may receive information?
Information is accessible to authorised personnel who need it for their work. Other recipients, including carriers and authorities, may act as independent controllers for their own legal responsibilities. Contact us if you need details about recipients relevant to your request.

International shipment enquiries and services can involve recipients outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer of personal data must have a lawful basis under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. A statutory exception may apply only where its conditions are met, including where a transfer is necessary for a particular contract. Contact us for information about the destination and transfer mechanism relevant to your shipment, and how to obtain a copy of any applicable safeguards.
7. How long is information kept?
Enquiry emails and related correspondence are retained for as long as needed to answer and follow up your request and manage the resulting business relationship. Information is then deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is necessary for an applicable legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
The retention assessment takes account of the purpose and status of the enquiry, the nature of the information, applicable accounting and transport record requirements, and relevant limitation periods. Technical records should be retained only for the period necessary for operation, security and incident investigation. Cookie durations are described separately in the Cookie Policy. You may contact us for the retention period or criteria applicable to a specific record.
